TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Academic Integrity
By enrolling in Śyāmabala, you agree to adhere to the highest standards of academic honesty. Submitting automated or plagiarized work to the Homework Forge will result in immediate expulsion from the program.
2. Admissions & Program Access
Submission of the admissions form does not guarantee entry into our Mastery Tracks. Śyāmabala reserves the right to select students based on preliminary evaluations. Access to specific modules is granted entirely at the discretion of the assigned Acharya.
3. Intellectual Property
All LaTeX documents, module notes, examination matrices, and games hosted on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Śyāmabala and its Founder. Unauthorized distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Live Session Protocols
Live sessions scheduled via the Master Calendar are mandatory. Cancellations must be communicated to the Super Admin or your assigned teacher at least 24 hours prior to the session.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to upgrade, modify, or shut down parts of the curriculum engine without prior notice to optimize the learning pathways for active Sadhakas.
